Building Services is the side of Northern Retrofit that handles internal improvement work in social housing: kitchen replacements, bathroom replacements and accessible wetroom adaptations. We work directly for councils and housing associations, and as a delivery partner to main contractors. Because we also deliver insulation, heat pumps and solar, we can plan internal works and energy upgrades together in the same home.
