Proven on large-scale social housing programmes
Compliance-led with back-office verification
10 days from job open to handover
What is a wetroom adaptation?
A wetroom adaptation replaces an existing bathroom, usually one with a bath, with an accessible wetroom. We strip out the old bathroom, install a shower tray and wetroom vinyl flooring, and fit the sanitaryware and grab rails the resident needs.

Why residents need wetroom adaptations
For residents with limited mobility, getting in and out of a bath can be difficult or unsafe. A wetroom makes washing easier and safer when:
Stepping in and out of a bath is no longer safe or manageable
A resident wants to keep washing independently, without help
Carers need more space and easier access to support washing
A landlord needs to adapt a home so the resident can stay living there safely
An occupational therapy assessment has recommended an adaptation
Why housing providers choose us
Here's what you get when we deliver your adaptations programme:
Experience delivering large-scale social housing programmes on time and within budget
Compliance-led delivery with back-office verification at every stage
One seamless process from initial survey through install to handover
Around 10 days per property from job open to handover
Carpet protection and dust extraction to protect residents' homes
Survey and strip-out
We survey the bathroom, confirm the specification, then remove the existing bathroom suite.
Wetroom installation
We install the shower tray, wetroom flooring, sanitaryware and grab rails. Materials arrive as each stage starts, so nothing is stored in the home longer than it needs to be.
Snagging, compliance and handover
We snag the work, complete compliance checks and back-office verification, and hand over with the AKW manufacturer's warranty on the shower.

Will there be much disruption to daily life?
Very little. We plan the works to keep the bathroom out of action for as short a time as possible, so residents can carry on with daily life.
Will materials be stored in the home?
No stockpiling. Materials are delivered as each stage of the work starts, so there's no excess storage on site.
Will carpets and decor be protected?
Yes. We work with the resident and their home in mind, using carpet protection throughout and dust extraction where needed.
Do you work for main contractors?
Yes. We work directly for councils and housing associations, and as a delivery partner to tier one contractors on larger programmes.
Can you work to our specification and suppliers?
Yes. We install to your specification and component lists, including framework or nominated suppliers where you use them.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Hull, Beverley and the East Riding of Yorkshire, along the M62 corridor to Leeds, and south to Sheffield and Doncaster.
