Up to £9,000 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant
Installed in 2 to 4 days
What is an air source heat pump?
An air source heat pump (ASHP) is an outdoor unit that takes heat from the outside air, even in winter, and uses it to run your radiators and hot water. It replaces your oil boiler, LPG boiler or electric heating. As part of the install we usually fit a new hot water cylinder and controls, and replace older radiators where the system design needs it.

Why switch to a heat pump?
Most people we speak to are running an ageing oil or LPG boiler and want off fossil fuels before it fails. Common reasons to switch:
Your oil or LPG boiler is old, inefficient and due for replacement
You want to move away from fossil fuels and the cost of oil or LPG deliveries
You want to improve your EPC rating, which can add value to your property
The higher £9,000 grant for oil and LPG homes ends on 31 March 2027
You want to future-proof your home as the UK moves away from fossil fuel heating
The benefits of an air source heat pump
A heat pump replaces fossil fuel heating with a system designed around your home. Here's what you get:
Up to £9,000 off the install through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, and we handle the application
Could lower your heating costs compared with oil or LPG
No more oil or LPG deliveries to arrange
A system designed to MCS heat loss calculations, so your home stays comfortable
Simple controls, fully explained at handover, with user guides provided

Will a heat pump actually keep my house warm?
Yes. We design every system to MCS approved heat loss calculations so it's sized to keep your home comfortable. Where older radiators aren't up to the job, we replace them as part of the install.
Is a heat pump complicated to use?
No. The controls are simple, we explain everything at handover and leave you with how-to guides. We and the manufacturer are always on hand if you have questions.
Will the installation make a mess?
No. Most installs take 2 to 4 days on site, and we clean up and leave your home as we found it.
Who can get the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant?
Homeowners and private landlords in England and Wales replacing fossil fuel or electric heating can apply through an MCS certified installer. Homes heated by oil or LPG with no mains gas connection can get £9,000 until 31 March 2027, and most other homes get £7,500.
How long does installation take?
Usually 2 to 4 days on site, once the survey, system design and grant application are complete.
